Teamwork ~ Leadership ~ Commitment

The Southern Conference of the VFW is one of four conferences in the national organization, and represents the fourteen states stretching across the United States from Texas to Virginia. Our goal is to foster an online community of armed service men and women (active and retired), their families, friends, and our valued donors. We also aim to administer support to veterans and their families, providing resources both locally and nationally. We proudly hit these marks in a way no other part of the organization can – with immense southern pride!

The Southern Conference is a unique region of our organization. Southerners speak in their own language, are emphatic about the regional food, and among other things are truly kind. Being Southern is more than jut being from a southern state its about the values, patriotism and sharing memories and stories with a community that understands. Let’s face it, it’s about the sweet tea too.

All of our VFW Southern Conference members and donors have a passion for our home, and our country. We have respect and appreciation for our history and the sacrifice and honor of those that came before us.

We are the Veterans of Foreign Wars Southern Conference and we are proud of where we all come from but we are prouder still to be part of an organization that Does More for Veterans.
